04
Service 04: Intelligent Document Processing
Reduce manual document work
We help collect the required information, check it against your rules and send uncertain items to a person for review.
Challenge, example and benefit
The challenge
Your team spends time reading documents and copying the same details into other systems.
Example
Read supplier names, invoice numbers and totals from invoices, then prepare approved information for your finance system.
Potential benefit
Less repetitive typing and a clearer review process, with improvements measured against your current approach.
05
Service 05: AI Workflow Automation
Reduce repetitive daily tasks
We connect routine steps and keep people involved wherever approval or judgment is needed.
Challenge, example and benefit
The challenge
Work slows down as people copy information, forward requests and chase the next step.
Example
A request arrives by email, its details are collected, a manager approves it and the business system is updated.
Potential benefit
Fewer manual handoffs and a more consistent process from request to completion.
06
Service 06: Custom AI Assistants and Agents
Give your team a task-focused AI assistant
We build an assistant for a defined task, with clear limits and human review where needed.
Challenge, example and benefit
The challenge
Staff repeatedly sort requests, search for details and draft similar responses.
Example
An assistant sorts support requests, finds relevant information and drafts a reply for a team member to approve.
Potential benefit
Less preparation work so your team can focus on the cases that need personal attention.
Connect Knowledge & Systems
Find approved information and connect AI with existing tools.

07
Service 07: Internal Knowledge Assistants
Find company information faster
We create a way to ask questions about approved company documents and see the information used for the answer.
Challenge, example and benefit
The challenge
Employees spend time searching folders or asking colleagues the same questions.
Example
An employee asks about a leave policy or operating procedure and receives an answer linked to the relevant document.
Potential benefit
Easier access to information, with access limited to what each employee is allowed to see.
08
Service 08: MCP Server and Tool Development
Let an AI assistant look up business information
We create approved connections that let it look up specific information or perform agreed actions, within defined permissions.
Challenge, example and benefit
The challenge
Your assistant cannot access the order or customer information needed to answer useful questions.
Example
An authorized staff member asks an assistant for an order status from your existing order system.
Potential benefit
More useful assistance without giving unrestricted access to your business systems.
09
Service 09: AI Integration with Existing Systems
Add AI to the software you already use
We connect AI features to your existing business software so approved information moves into the right place.
Challenge, example and benefit
The challenge
A separate AI tool creates extra steps because staff still have to transfer its results manually.
Example
Send reviewed invoice details into your accounting system without entering them again.
Potential benefit
Less duplicate work and an AI solution that fits your current way of working.
Improve & Support
Check quality, prepare for everyday use and keep the solution supported.

Check whether your AI gives reliable results
We test it using realistic examples, identify recurring problems and give you a clear improvement plan.
Challenge, example and benefit
The challenge
You have an AI tool but are unsure how often its answers or actions are correct.
Example

Potential benefit
A better understanding of quality and a repeatable way to check future changes.
11
Service 11: AI Cost and Performance Optimization

The challenge
You need clarity on what information AI can access, which actions need approval and who handles problems.
Example
Check that an assistant only sees approved customer information and asks for approval before an important change.
Potential benefit
Clearer oversight and fewer avoidable gaps. This service provides technical and operational guidance, not legal certification.
Illustrative example
How services combine: a retail product and order assistant
A retail client wants shoppers to ask product questions and check their own orders. One solution typically draws on several capabilities. Not every project needs all sixteen.
Discovery and solution planning may come before the pilot, and cost and performance improvements may follow measured use. Every project is scoped individually.
Solutions for your industry
See what AI could do in your sector
Five practical use cases for each of twelve industries, each with a suggested first pilot.
Retail and E-commerce
Help shoppers find useful information and reduce repetitive work for store staff.
Our certified architects are part of the Ceyentra team and work directly on our AI projects. Each credential is issued by Anthropic to the named individual and can be verified on Credly.
How we work
Start small, measure, then decide
1
Understand your process
Tell us where work slows down, who handles it and what a useful improvement would look like.
2
Test one focused solution
Agree a small pilot with clear scope, approved information and success measures.
3
Review the results
Compare quality, handling time, review effort and running cost with the current process.
4
Roll out and support
If the results justify it, agree wider use, software connections, staff training and ongoing support.
What is a pilot?
A pilot is a small, scoped project to check whether one solution works with your process and approved information. We agree the deliverables, fee, responsibilities and evaluation criteria before starting, record your current process and compare the trial against it, including human review effort and running cost. Separate test examples, not used to build the solution, are used for the evaluation. You then decide whether to expand, adjust or stop based on the findings.
No. Start with the task you want to improve. We help define the requirements and a suitable approach.
Can you work with our existing software?
We assess the available connections and access permissions. Where a suitable connection is available, we can scope integration with your existing systems.
What is a paid pilot?
It is a small project with an agreed scope and fee, designed to evaluate one use case before a wider rollout. You receive the agreed trial deliverables and findings to help decide the next step.
How much will it cost, and how long will it take?
That depends on the task, information, system connections and review requirements. We outline deliverables, timing and pricing in a scoped proposal.
How do you handle access to business information?
We agree the information the solution needs, who can access it and which actions require approval. Data-handling arrangements are defined for the particular deployment before sensitive information is used.
Will the AI make important decisions automatically?
The scope defines what it may do. Important approvals and professional judgments remain with the people your organization authorizes.
Do you provide support after launch?
Ongoing support, maintenance and regular quality checks can be included in an agreed support arrangement.
What does the team certification mean?
Members of the Ceyentra team hold the Claude Certified Architect – Foundations credential, issued by Anthropic to each individual, and they work directly on our AI projects. You can verify each credential through the Credly links in the team section. Your project proposal sets out the specific scope, deliverables and responsibilities.
