A great place to work begins with the great working environment and culture which a company provides. If we make the environment right, every single one of our people has the capability to do remarkable things. It is the deep sense of trust and cooperation that are really important. But the trust and cooperation is that they are not tangible. They are feelings and they are not instructions. We cannot simply say “trust me so that I will …”. Or we cannot instruct two people to cooperate. It is not how it works. It is all about a deep sense of feeling. The world is filled with danger and uncertainty, such as financial crisis, pandemic, climate change, etc. All of these circumstances affect us. People used to work as social animals where we live together in a circle of safety in which we feel like the tribe we belong to. It is the same scenario in the work environment as well. We have no control over these forces as they are constant and they are not going away. The only variables are the conditions inside the organization. And that is where leadership plays a vital role, because it is the leader who sets the tone to keep them momentum. When the leader makes the choice to put the safety and lives of the people inside the organization first, to sacrifice their comforts and the tangible results, so that the people tend to feel safe and feel like they belong in the right place resulting in amazing outcomes. When we feel safe amongst ourselves, the natural reaction is trust and cooperation.

Inspiring and working on-time

In order to establish equality and transparency at the workplace, there is no designation which is higher than any designation at Ceyentra. All the designations are important to the company. Because everybody is not perfect. An experienced employee might have a lot of experience, speed and trust of the company as well as a new employee will have updated knowledge, fresh mindset, and energy. The combination of everything is the best.

Working on-time is one of the great qualities of our team. The only thing in this world that cannot be regenerated after use is time. Everything else can be created again. Also one of the best rewards we give to commemorate a person is a 1 minute of silence. It is the valuable time. So, every team member should be responsible for the time of each other.

Flexibility and freedom to fail

Our culture is not about rules. We believe in flexible work environments. This aspect creates a welcoming atmosphere for our colleagues making Ceyentra their second home. It is up to the employee to decide on their schedule. What really matters for Ceyentra is the Deadline and the Deliverables, not to check if the employees are available throughout the day.

If we need our team to be creative, we need to give them freedom to fail. Everybody who has been creative and thought out of the box has failed more than once. If the team members are penalized when they fail, they will be afraid of doing so and they will continue to doubt their potential.

Lifetime employment and encouragement for learning

At Ceyentra, we do not believe in hiring and firing. Instead, we hire slowly but fire zero. Our team works as a family. If we consider the real world, we cannot fire a family member just because he/she is not performing well at school. The same principle applies here. If we are a family, it is not just a word we need to make sure no one in our team is being fired because of poor performance.

At Ceyentra, Education is a high priority. Humans are the only living beings that can learn things fast and explore the new dimensions of the environment they live in with an innovative mindset. So it is a moral obligation of all human beings to learn every day.
