The goal of recruitment should be to find people who believe what we believe. Then only the people will give more effort than ever before to challenge the status quo. Sense of ownership comes with a lot of factors. Out of them, the main reason is the vision and the belief of the company. If the employees feel something bigger than themselves and continual discussions on how to improve the vision, participating all the employees will make them feel a sense of ownership. They will feel they are working for that vision and they will own that. Anybody in the company is allowed to make decisions based on the vision of the company. Ceyentra's number one priority is people. Because at the end of the day what matters most would be the team not the business. Magical things happen with the most risky choice that we make but the principle is to keep the people first. We cannot judge a ship by how well the crew performs in calm waters, we judge a ship by how well the crew performs in rough waters.
